Does the 3-Month Exam Pass auto-renew?

Accepted Answer

No. It's a one-time €29.99 payment (incl. VAT) for three months of full access — it simply expires, with no further charge. If you need more time, just buy another pass. The Monthly and Annual plans do renew until you cancel (we email a reminder before each renewal), and you can cancel anytime from Settings › Billing → Manage Billing; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

What are the fair-use limits?

Every Premium plan — Monthly, Annual and the 3-Month Exam Pass — includes 40 AI writing checks and 20 AI speaking gradings per month. Unused checks don't carry over. Live Interview minutes aren't included in any plan; they're sold as packs. The free tier includes 1 AI writing check and one 5-minute Live Interview taster.

Can I pay in my own currency?

Almost certainly. Plans are priced directly in 11 currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, PLN, CZK, HUF, RON, SEK, DKK, NOK) — use the currency picker above to preview them. For most other currencies, checkout automatically converts the EUR price so you pay in your local one; in the rare case yours isn't supported, you can still pay the EUR price with any regular card.

What are Live Interview minute packs?

The Live Interview is a realtime AI examiner — the most compute-intensive thing we run — so it isn't included in any plan. It's prepaid instead: one-time packs of minutes at €4.99, €9.99 or €19.99 (incl. VAT) that never expire while your account is active. Every account gets one free 5-minute taster.

What happens to my ungraded essays if I upgrade later?

They wait for you. Any essay or speaking response you submitted on the free tier can be assessed retroactively after upgrading — once each — and your mock result upgrades in place.

How does the Schools plan work?

Accepted Answer

A yearly license sized to your school (€60 / €150 / €300 per year + VAT, for up to 15 / up to 50 / unlimited students) plus €25 per student seat per year + VAT — and every seated student gets full Premium, including the AI feedback allowances. Teachers manage classes and assignments from a dedicated portal; their accounts are free. Set it up self-serve from the app, or email us and we'll do it with you.

Do you offer refunds?

You can withdraw from any purchase within 14 days without giving a reason: by law we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for what you already used — and, on top of that, we refund a plan or Exam Pass in full if you haven't used Premium yet.
